Helping Someone Change Handbook

Tell it who's on your heart and what's going on. You'll get a plan in four parts: how to love them first, what to understand, what to actually say, and how to leave the door open. Your notes draft the plan and are never stored β€” close the tab and they're gone.

What are you hoping to shift?
How open are they to talking about it? optional

The coach drafts a full session below β€” built around Love · Know · Speak · Do. It takes about half a minute.

The Method

Love · Know · Speak · Do

The body goes where the heart leads, so lasting change never comes from lectures, pressure, or one more fact. It comes from four moves, in this order. Fill in the form and the coach writes each one for your person β€” or read the whole method first.

  1. L

    Love

Make them feel seen before you ever correct. Shame freezes; kindness frees.

  2. K

    Know

Get curious before you get convincing. The real issue is rarely the surface one.

  3. S

    Speak

Tell the truth in love, and only in love. Invite them to see; don’t hand down a verdict.

  4. D

    Do

End with a door, not a verdict. One small step beats a burst of willpower.
