Show up 45 minutes before service and find the setup crew, then stay after until the last chair is stacked. All it costs is moving your Sunday by an hour on each end.

- Just show up and ask who runs setup — don't wait for a signup form that may not exist.
- Learn the diagram. Setup crews love people who remember where the aisle goes.
- Teardown is the lonelier shift. Anyone can come early; staying late is the rarer gift.
